Shipping Rates
• Australia-wide flat rate: $12 per order.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $99 (up to a maximum order value of $260).
• If your order total exceeds $260, regular shipping rates apply.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery only, and any applicable costs will be shown at checkout. We may update or change this offer at any time without notice.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

Domestic Shipping
We ship across Australia via Australia Post. Tracking is included with every order.

Delivery Timeframes

Tallow Balm in Warm Weather
Our balms are made with natural tallow and beeswax; they may soften in warm conditions during transit. Whipped balms in particular can lose their airy texture if they warm up.

This is completely normal and does not affect the balm’s quality or overall experience. If your balm arrives softened, place it upright in a cool spot and allow it to settle. If needed, pop it in the fridge briefly to firm, then let it return to room temperature before use.
