Free standard shipping applies to orders over $99, up to a maximum order value of $260. If the order total exceeds $260, regular shipping rates will apply. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only, and any applicable costs will be shown at checkout. We may update or change this offer at any time without notice.

Tallow Balm in Warm Weather
Our balms are made with natural tallow and beeswax; they may soften in warm conditions during transit. Whipped balms in particular can lose their airy texture if they warm up.

This is completely normal and does not affect the balm’s quality or overall experience. If your balm arrives softened, simply place it upright in a cool spot and allow it to settle. If needed, you can pop it in the fridge briefly to firm, then let it return to room temperature before use.
