No Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any questions before ordering, our team is happy to help!
Care in Packaging
We take every precaution to ensure your products arrive safely:

Fragile items are clearly noted on the packaging.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, you can submit a claim through Australia Post:

Keep all packaging and the damaged item.

Take clear photos showing the damage.

Submit a claim via Australia Post or contact them directly.

While we do everything possible to protect your items, responsibility for transit claims lies with the carrier once the package leaves our hands.
